Adrien Dassault
Adrien Dassault is an entrepreneur and investor who is passionate about innovation, technology, healthcare, aeronautics and the entertainment industry. In 2008, he founded Myfab.com, a website that manufactured decorative items on demand. He later sold this company to Conforama. He then established Heliceum, a developer and publisher of interactive applications, video games, and original entertainment concepts.
Since 2012, he has invested in over sixty companies, ranging from promising start-ups to well-established scale-ups. Several of these investments have resulted in successful exits, including Virtuo, Darewise, and Mirakl. His current investments include Arianee (a digital passport specialist for luxury goods), Mediaplayer (data applied to gaming), SALT Pay (a fintech company reinventing payments), Beyond Aerospace (electric aviation), Ely’s Cocktail (a company with patented technology that is revolutionising ready-to-serve cocktails), Theravectys (healthcare) and Naked Sky Production (cinema).
Adrien Dassault began his career as an intern at Rothschild, subsequently becoming a junior analyst at Deutsche Bank. Following his entrepreneurial endeavours, he became a private banker at Banque Transatlantique Belgium before joining the global asset management group Tikehau Capital in 2018. Based in London, he now holds the position of Deputy Chief Strategic Relations & Synergies Officer. He is also an observer member of the Supervisory Board of the Marcel Dassault Industrial Group and President of Maison NextGen. He is also a Strategic Advisor to La Maison and a member of the Board of Directors of Figeac Aero, as well as being the Secretary General of the Dauphine Foundation. He also sits on the board of directors of the 3 Qualium fund and the strategic committee of Founders Future. Together with Marguerite Dassault, Adrien created the MAD Foundation in 2021.
Adrien holds a Master’s degree in Banking, Corporate and Financial Law from Paris-Dauphine University – PSL (2006). He also completed the Owner/President Management Programme at Harvard Business School in 2024.

Marguerite Longuet Dassault

Marguerite Longuet Dassault
Marguerite Longuet Dassault is a corporate lawyer. She began her career as a business lawyer at Vivendi and then at Thales. She has also served as Secretary of the Board of the AFCM (the French Association of Contract Management) and practised mediation in civil and commercial legal matters. She obtained her certificate in 2019, completed the CAPA programme at the Lille Bar School in 2022, and established her own firm in 2024.
Marguerite sits on the boards of French Bloom and Namastrip. She is also president of the MAD Foundation.
She holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law from Fordham University in New York and a Master’s degree in Business Law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University, as well as a certificate in civil and commercial mediation.

Eloïse d’Oultremont
Eloïse d’Oultremont
Eloïse holds a degree in Applied Economics from UCLouvain and diplomas in Financial Analysis and Wealth and Tax Management. She is also a certified mediator specialising in wealth and estate mediation. She has spent most of her professional life working as a wealth manager in private banking at ING, Banque Degroof and Banque Transatlantique.

Laurence de Failly
Laurence de Failly
Laurence holds a degree in Art History from the University of Paris-Sorbonne and the ULB. She has over 20 years’ experience in the art world. She has directed a foundation active in Switzerland and Asia, while supervising the management of a prestigious private art collection. For the past ten years, she has used her expertise to assist families in managing their art collections, while also holding operational positions as stewardess and Chief of Staff. Since 2021, she has been a member of the board of directors of a private office dedicated to providing comprehensive support to families.

Hélène Cohadon
Hélène Cohadon
Hélène Cohadon holds degrees in notarial law (University of Grenoble) and business and tax law (University of Nancy). Following over ten years at Monassier & Associés, she worked as Director of Legal Services at Banque Transatlantique Belgium, before moving into wealth engineering at BM Family Office and Cyrus Conseil. She is now a founding partner of C2F-Patrimoine, a firm specialising in wealth transfer and structuring. She also teaches at the DJCE in Nancy.

Guillaume de Walque
Guillaume de Walque
Guillaume de Walque holds a Master of Laws from Columbia University (Fulbright Scholarship) and a Master’s degree in Law from UCLouvain. He began his career at the law firm Simpson Thacher in New York. He has served as communications director and senior advisor to the Belgian Prime Minister, as well as vice president of business development and communications at the tech company Clue. He then set up an influence marketing agency in San Francisco. He is now a founding partner of Gosselin & de Walque, a strategy, communications and public affairs consultancy.
