Founded in 2021 by Hugues Péribère, Overseed is a French biotech company specialising in the research and development of therapeutic cannabis-based medicines. The company obtained one of the first French authorisations for R&D on the whole cannabis plant for medical uses. Adrien Dassault has supported Overseed since its inception, accompanying its ambition to structure a French pharmaceutical industry around cannabis.
